Allen Tel Products, Inc. Announces Release of New VoIP Telephone Outdoor Enclosure Product
Allen Tel Products, Inc., a leading supplier of standards compliant structured connectivity products, is introducing a new VoIP Telephone Outdoor Enclosure designed to house most manufacturers VoIP phones with an industry standard wall mount footprint. The product is built to withstand outdoor weather conditions and serve the needs of campuses, transportation, and other commercial and industrial facilities.
The product has a stainless steel VoIP backplate designed to accommodate wall mount faceplates, including Allen Tel Versatap VoIP faceplates. The stainless steel VoIP faceplate (also available in plastic) will accommodate all Versatap jack modules, including Allen Tel Category 3, 5e, 6 and 6A jacks.
The outdoor enclosure is constructed of galvanized steel and includes a lockable hasp. The product meets NEMA Type 3R , UL50 Type 3R, CSA3, IEC529, and IP32 requirements.
Product dimensions are as follows:
- Outside dimensions: 12” H x 12” W x 6” D
- Inside dimensions: 10.25” H x 10.25” W x 4.75” D
The new Allen Tel VoIP Telephone Outdoor Enclosure is available in Gray or Black standard, with custom colors and silk screening also available. The housing door is screened with “TELEPHONE” in white powder coating.
